Woodstock is making investments in public safety, infrastructure and parks while cutting tax rates for homeowners, Mayor Michael Caldwell told community members at his State of the City address.
Mayor Michael Caldwell has unveiled a bold blueprint for Woodstock's future in his 2026 State of the City Address. Touting "stronger, safer, and better off" circumstances than four years prior, Caldwell's speech highlighted a record infrastructure investment surpassing $50 million in public projects and a substantial $210 million in private construction endeavors, reports the City of Woodstock's official website .
There is no question: The State of our City is stronger, safer, and better off than it was four years ago. But the question before us today is not 'how did we do?' The question today, as it is every day in Woodstock, is 'what next?'
